On October 7th and 8th, I competed in the statewide Minnesota Sings 2023 competition. I competed in the 13-20 year old division alongside 28 others through the first two rounds, and made it to the finals. It was such a fun and exciting experience which ended in me being awarded 7th in Minnesota in the 13-20 year old division! It's a great competition, so thank you to Minnesota Sings and all their sponsors for making this happen!

Over the summer I participated in Eden Prairie Sings, a competition put on by the Eden Prairie Optimist Club. After performing Anyone by Demi Lovato, I won second place with Lainey Donoghue in first, and moved on to the statewide competition, Minnesota Sings! The weekend of October 7th I will be performing at the Opera House in Fairmont for that competition! After submitting my original song, "dont wanna know", to the Song of the Year Contest, I received the placement of Semi-Finalist! "dont wanna know" is the first original song of mine that I have recorded, so I am incredibly grateful to have made it this far in a competition like this. I hope to be releasing "dont wanna know" sometime soon, so keep an eye out!
